Project "Polar Bear" - General Mills/Columbo Yogurt

Problem:

General Mills / Columbo Yogurt in Methuen spends a lot of money on energy costs to heat up and cool down the yogurt.

Solution:

Installation of state-of-the-art RTUs (roof top units) which will allow the company to heat and cool the yogurt in a much more efficient manner.

Cyr Construction was asked to erect a structurally sound foundation with columns from the basement through the roof to support the steel platform for the new units to rest on.
